If a user has checked out a particular document from ELOoffice, this is visible to other colleagues. They can view the document, but it is protected against conflicting editing - until it is checked in again. The CheckIn / CheckOut function ensures that no change conflicts arise when documents are jointly processed.
The central ELO database also makes it possible to forward input documents to other team members during processing. In order for important documents and processes are not forgotten, they can be time-controlled with the help of the Task reminder function. It is possible to set tasks for yourself and also for colleagues. Transparent and timely working is thereby ensured.
The ELOoffice version management provides a record of who changed each document, and when. If the user is not satisfied with a change, then he can simply restore the previous version, provided he has the corresponding rights.
