Product Support & Helpdesk for ELO Document Management System

To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced Software Product Support Specialist preferably with document management experience.
 
The role includes:
- Provide functional product support to clients and partners
- Manage and maintain support ticketing system
- Install ELO software
- Support Sales and Consulting team
- Maintain ELO’s own IT structure
 
Demonstrated experiences / skills in the following areas are requirement for the job:
  • Previous successful product support role
  • Excellent MS Office and MS Server knowledge
  • Windows PC and Server OS
  • VMware
  • IT Network
  • SQL database
  • Systems Administration
 
Basic understanding of VB scripting or Java scripting would be of advantage.
 
Because your role includes liaison with clients, business partners and users, excellent oral and written communication skills are paramount for this role.
You're able to create good documentation and are a diligent and well organised person.
 
You know how to install software programmes and feel comfortable in the Windows PC and Server environment.
 
As part of your routines you will regularly support the company’s management, internal and external sales teams as well as ELO’s technical consulting team.
 
The right candidate will be a member of a dynamic team of IT professionals who will create solutions for ELO’s clients in various industries within the Asia Pacific Region. Your team spirit and willingness to deliver are proven in prior positions. You want to learn new processes and have demonstrated longevity in your previous employments.
 
The detailed package will be negotiated according to your knowledge and experience.
