ELOoffice - Fulltext database
Good Afternoon,
I have a customer who is evaluating ELOoffice at the moment. They have asked whether it is possible to
automatically enable the full text search function for documents that they scan in, so they don.t have to
check that option every time.

ELOoffice - Can't log on to ELO anymore
Hi there,
I've set my ELO to "log on without password" in System Settings and now I can't log on anymore.
How can I reset the tick and log on again? ....

ELO: Dear S., ELO can be accessed without password but you have to set up the
user first. The user needs to be exactly as your PC Log On. You may have ticked the
box without an user. Click here to find out how to remove the setting
ELO All Products - Select multiple files
Hi Rainer, Would there be a
select all option?
I
drag across a batch of files from outlook or docs in my files for testing but
can only
delete them one by one. Is there a process to select all or one at a
time i.e. as in
windows ctrl. or shift buttons? Trying to select all and
delete??

ELO: Yes, you can select and delete individual or a
range of documents in one go.
Due to the viewer function though, the document
names have to show on the right

I am trying to archive Outlook Notes into ELO but I receive the message that
I have more than 1000 recepients. But I don't.
