One of the reasons why ELO Digital Office has become a trusted software solution for hundreds of thousands of users is our distribution model.
With very few exceptions ELO does not implement ELO products itself. We distribute through a network of reputable business partners who know their clients, their needs, their industry specifics and their budget.
This distribution model has many advantages for all parties:

Through long-standing relationships, the Client trusts its IT service partner and can be assured that no overselling will happen. Only solutions which are needed by the client will be implemented. Implementation times will be kept short because no unnecessary tailoring is performed and training will be conducted industry specific.

The ELO Business Partner is required to obtain an ELO Certificate. The ELO BP is therefore well trained before any implementation and will be kept up to date with current developments. The BP will lead the implementation from inception to go-live, followed by user training and first line support.

As a result of the above advantages, ELO Digital Office can concentrate on developing the software further, keep up to date with other development companies and can focus on training the business partners.
